More Parent Homework

Since we are registering students on-line, we no longer have the registration cards to refer to in the event we need to call a parent. Yesterday, our on-line program was not available and we had to scramble a little bit to find a number for a parent. We need you to please complete this quick form for each child at our school. https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=j8uWO0wXZUuC61zDi54GbNMPnEgR6mFKmnarq3NlH49URExCUUtSRkZKNDBMSlRFVEpFVzY2WTNLMy4u
